Directions: Place one milliliter (about one full dropper) under your tongue and hold for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Take before bedtime and allow up to 30 minutes for our Sleep Tincture to kick in.
Dosage Recommendations: CBD has certain biphasic dosage properties, meaning that low and high doses can have opposite effects. Low doses of CBD can be mildly alerting while high doses of CBD can cause sedating effects. There’s no clear cutoff and dosage differences are very bio-individual. For sleep support, we recommend starting with one milliliter a night which equals 30mg of CBD. If you’re experiencing alertness or feeling awake after taking this tincture, slowly increase your dosage until you experience the sedating effects. If you’re experiencing any daytime fatigue or brain fog the next day after taking this tincture, slowly decrease your dosage until these side effects are gone. Since dosage varies from person to person, self-experimentation is key in finding what works for you. These side effects work as indicators for you to discover the right dosage for sleep support.
