Return Policy: Being a small locally owned business, we are doing our best to provide you with excellent quality products. As a result, we will not be taking returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to us. Thank you for supporting us!

Exchange Policy: If any products arrive damaged, broken, or incomplete, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. SHÈN is responsible for the cost of any damaged items.
