Return Policy: SHÈN is committed to providing you with excellent products and service. We stand behind the products we carry and guarantee that they are of the highest quality. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We offer returns of unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs in both directions are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy: If any products arrive damaged, broken, or incomplete, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. SHÈN is responsible for the cost of any damaged items.
