How did you decide to go into your field?
I discovered the healing power of massage at a young age while recovering from numerous sports injuries, and I continued receiving regular bodywork throughout my teens and into my twenties. Later, while working the front desk at a spa in Vail, I participated in a study exploring massage as a way to relieve migraines caused by concussions.
That experience opened my eyes to the many possibilities within the bodywork field and sparked my desire to provide the same level of care and relief to others dealing with sports-related injuries.
At the time, I was already teaching yoga and offering hands-on adjustments, so moving into massage and bodywork felt like a natural progression—and it was. I haven’t looked back since, and I truly feel I’ve found my calling.
What makes you unique in your field?
Each massage I give is customized to the individual, combining the best in Western and Eastern massage techniques for optimal results.
FAVORITE MUSICIAN? FAVORITE FOOD? FAVORITE TV SHOW THIS YEAR?
Snoop Dogg or Zach Bryan are a couple of my favorite artists, artichokes are my favorite food, and as for TV, I’ve been binge watching Grey's Anatomy for the last year.
