How did you decide to go into your field?

My fascination with holistic health began at a very young age. I knew that I wanted to land in a career where I could help people, but I wanted it to feel aligned with my values and own health philosophy.

When I first learned about Chinese Medicine, it felt sparkly in a way that nothing else had before. It seemed to hold the perfect blend of my love for the natural world and my deep sense of wonder for the mystical and spiritual. I’ve continued to be in awe of this system’s depth and power ever since.

What makes you unique in your field?

I love working with sensitive folks on psycho-emotional and spiritual disharmonies. I had the privilege of training under the lineage of a Master physician and 88th-generation Daoist Priest. This foundation, blended with my intuitive bent, creates a container for deep work and transformative healing.

I also love supporting people navigate chronic fatigue, digestive disharmony, complex chronic diseases, insomnia, menstrual and women's health concerns, and pain conditions.

Favorite musician? Favorite food? Favorite TV show this year?

  • Oh man, asking me my favorite musician is my own Sophie’s Choice. The Avett Brothers, Caamp, and I’ll hop on the Brandi Carlile train... I’ll just make you a playlist?
  • Favorite Food - Give me a Thai curry or any kind of soup, and I’m a happy camper.
  • Favorite TV show - House Hunters International - it's weirdly hilarious and oddly soothing!
